Letter: Mr Ramsay, Elvington to Mr Lockwood
Requests that inhabitants of Sutton upon Derwent be given time to repair road to Allerthorpe before being indicted. They
have had the great expense in making a complete new road, and in repairing the road to Elvington, which is damaged annually
by flooding from the River Derwent.
